The signage* in Roosevelt Field is a critical marketing tool to drive traffic and brand awareness throughout the property.
—— All-inclusive package is approximately $6,000 and will be billed by Britten directly to the brand. Payment to Britten via credit card is due prior to production start.

Signage Strategy: We believe this strategy aligns with assets your brand may already have.
Attract: Graphics should
Engage: Graphics should tell your story in a short simple quickly digestible way. Imagine this as your look book or instagram page/story.
Connect: Once the customer has the product in hand, what information do you communicate to that customer? Product benefits, material call outs and key features need to be communicated via sales associates. Your PDP is a good source for this.
grab the attention of passing customers. Strong visual with brand logo and short brand statement are the most powerful to grab attention. Your homepage is a great example of this.

Design Criteria ‘the EDIT’ is a stand-alone retail spot that allows retailers to be creative and flexible in designing a space that will showcase their brands. ‘the EDIT’ consists of Wall Vending, Free-Standing Vending, Pod Vending, and Media Wall. In-Store Planning Fixture Overview the edit @ Roosevelt Field team has provided a modular kit of parts to allow for custom setups for different brands. Tenants are welcome and encouraged to fabricate additional elements that enhance the brand story within the space. Each brand will work hand-in-hand with the designated Tenant Coordinator to design and implement the fixture plan, lighting scheme and overall store design.
