The project’s linchpin is a spectacular new 200,000-square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue adjacent to the original Saks location, which is now a signature new upscale wing featuring 35 top-tier retailers. Houston’s only Nobu and FIG&OLIVE restaurants will grace the street level of this stunning space. Yauatcha, a famed Michelin-starred dim sum tea house and patisserie, recently opened next to The Webster, a luxury multibrand fashion house.
